CESI, in collaboration with the University of St. Gallen (FAA-HSG), organises an event to explore the state of play of AI in the workplaces, the biases that shape it and how the inclusion of workers in the digitalisation process of businesses can upward the digital transformation.
Through research findings and policy analysis, stemming from the research projects of leading researchers, CESI and the Institute of Work, Organisation and Transformation of the University St.Gallen will address the following questions:
· Where does the EU digitalisation process stand?
· What is the impact of digitalisation in the workplace?
· What is the role of employees in the digitalisation of business?
· How does the inclusion of workers in the process improve its efficiency?
· How can the policy debate contribute to including workers in the digital transition of enterprises?
