How to best communicate during Corona – and beyond

An interactive (and entertaining) training for the member organisation

Tuesday, May 4th 2021, 09:30 – 12:00

Covid19 and the subsequent lockdown and isolation measures have turned upside down the way we work and communicate.  New technologies, especially video conferencing and social media activities, have facilitated what was previously unthinkable.

Against this background, we are all called upon to improve our way of working – as a movement, as a confederation, as a trade union and as a team – and the way we interact with affiliates, members and various stakeholders.

We want to explore these possibilities through an entertaining and interactive webinar for communicators and key players of the CESI network at both national and EU level.

Among others, the “art of persuasion” using video technologies and the 2021 social media trends will be in the focus of the event.
