Social Dialogue

CESI is a recognised European social partner. As such, it plays a privileged role in relations with the European Commission in the social policy-making process. It is involved in several sectoral social dialogues, in which it discusses and negotiates issues concerning the future working conditions of millions of workers in Europe with other trade union confederations and employers’ representatives.
